Ipc section for compensation / damage

Hello all
I have filed a criminal complaint against bank and other plice offcials under various ipc sections like 420, 506, 500 etc...
I also want to make another application and request the court to grant exemplary damages in the criminal proceeding....is there a way out & under what of CR.Pc should I make an application so that I can claim huge monetary compensation / damage.......

No dmages can be awarded in criminal case. File seperate civil case.

what is the use for know the section, even know the section without lawyer u can plead .For complaint you dont want to use section, just write the happens

You have not given the facts as to what happened actually and you want opinion about initiating action against banks under various sections.

Sir,
Action has already been initiated vide a criminal complaint in J.M.F.C. court......
What i am keen to know the action faced by me by both banks and police is extremely defamatory and humiliating .....I do not want to initiate separate civil suits for tort/damages...
I am seeking opinion of experts as how apart from ipc 500 can i claim monetary compensation...Just by giving a crmnl sentence for any offence, i dnt get justice....how do i ask court for the loss of dignity in terms of money.

damages for defamation & also why shudnt banks be made to face heavy penalties whn they take law in their hands.....Our case is similar to the famous ones like vinay kumar sood & several others after which supreme court also intervened
