If someone file a complain against me in Dy. Commissioner office. After enquary, the complain found false. Than, Can DC take action against the complainer?

The investigating agency can take action u/s 211 crpc.

yes the action can be recommended by the DC.

Yes action can be taken u/s 182 IPC but not u/s 211 IPC
