exparte eviction order passed ag. me. as w/s was not and filed and defence was struck.now i intend to file appeal in distt court can i now file my w/s. cost imposed by lower court not deposited earlier should have to be deposited before filing appeal or appeal can be filed without deposit of costs

your appeal wont be entertained unless you deposit the costs . appellate court may set aside ex parte eviction order provided you are able to explain the reasons why you could not file WS inspite of sufficent time being given to you . costs imposed would have to be paid
