WHAT DOCUMENTS I AND MY GF NEEDS TO GET MARRIED AT CHANDIGARH COURT ? SHE IS FROM SLOVENIA AND I WANT HELP THAT HOW WE BOTH CAN GET MARRIED OVER HERE WITH ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTS ..

you will have to get married under Special marriage Act . it is necessary for one month notice be given of marriage .
please note that prsence of both is necessary for giving notice . after expiry of notice period you can get married . marriage officer will issue marriage certificate you will need 3 witnesses ( 3-4 stamp size passport photographs plus original ID photo proofs & copies).

First of all registrar of marriage get your registration and issue notice to both of your parents returnable within 30 day. If nobody get objection then he will issue marriage certificate

Thanks for the suggestions.. but can anyone tell me what all documesnts we both need to show their before marrigae and how much it will cost if we do marriage on chandigarh high court...!

you cnanot do marriage before high court . it is before marriage officer . do some research on your own visit the office . they will give you all details
