Hello all,
My question is for dropping proceedings against ladies who are respondent in domestic violence.Husband and other male members are ready to face trial but can ladies are eligible to get relief?

no hard and fast rule . ladies also have to contest . no quashing as matter of right

Not eligible to get relief, only because she is lady.

Exemption from personal appearance u/s 205 cr pc can be allowed, for respondent ladies quickly.
