Approved layout - roads gifted to the government - park not gifted -

Sirs,
My father who is no more now, had developed a approved layout and also got a approved number in the year 1979 in a village near Salem. At that time my father made a gift deed as per the measurements of the ROADS only to the Governmnet. in the approved plan the Mentioned park area not gifted, but while selling the other plots he mentioned the approved plan number. Six years back my father made a gift deed to the measurement of the park which is not gifted to the Government. I applied for saparate patta for the bit and I got the same. Now please let me know the status of the park, whether it is legal to sell or not?

In the given circumstances, this land in the shape of the park is your personal property and you can sale it freely as desired.
