My house renovation problem

we are rebuilding our home, but a property dealer staying 2 galis far from our house claims that due to construction of our house he is getting cracks in his home. and put a case in court also. he gives hafta to MCD & police regularly and court has ordered MCD to submit the report regarding dis and MCD is already in that property dealer's pocket. can anybody please tell me that what we can do over dis.

dont draw presumptions . if while carrying on construction work you lay deep foundations . chances are are that the adjoining property owners complain of cracks . let MCD submit inquiry report . you can also engage reputed consultant and after investigations let consultant submit independent reports that no damage has been caused

IF MCD files his report in the court, you can file an objections for that. Afte hearing both side necessary orders will be passed by the court. You can also file an application for appointment of court commissioner to make the local inspection of the suit property.
