Hello everyone,
Please resolve my following query:-
I need to take a personal loan of Rs.30,000 I need to know the denomination value of stamp duty paper on which the loan agreement has to be executed?
I also need to know i had taken a loan mortgaging Jewellery of Rs.50,000 now it has been paid in dull so i need to execute an acknowledgement of the same and need to know the denomination value on which it shall be executed.
Please resolve my queries its really urgent

if you are taking loan the lender will be worried about stamp duty .
why are you worried . it need not be on stamp paper . you are taking personal loan . you cna by letter request borrower to giveyou loan .
you can by letter acknowledge receipt of loan
similarly for jwellery

Agreed. Stamp duty is not required in personal loan. But some banks have a practice of executing loan agreement on Rs.100/- stamp paper.
