Sale deed

(Querist) 09 April 2012 This query is : Resolved 
dear sir,

we are selling the property in which there are some tenants. The purchaser is aware of this fact. however in the conveyaance deed we have only mentioned "as is where is basis"
we have not specifically mentioned about the tenants.
Please guide us whether " as is where is basis" also covers tenants issue or we have to specifically mention tenant issue in the deed?

The arrangement which you have mentioned as and is where basis is best option in the given facts.

Mention about tenants also in CD. as it may create problems in future.
