Want to form trading co dealing in iron ore

I want to form a trading co dealing in selling iron ore inside india and outside india.What are the documents needed.

Suppose the party outside india who wants to buy iron ore has already an import export license than do i also need to have it or any one having the license will do.

yes you need to obtain the IEL from the central govt and local TIN and other formalities too.
