i was working in eteam inc for around 10 months everything was fine suddenly the envoirment was become pathethic to work finally i thght of leaving but not immediate but so we decided among my collegues that we will leave as one of my collegue was frustrated and also due to less salary so 5 people left and i was blamed for it that i play ploitics and other stuff today they have issued me a notice which i will show once i get a feedback from you all need advise location is mumbai the lawayer has sent from delhi as we have one more branch in noida

will give u all details once i get a good feedback from anyone bottomline i m flased frame in this .

here it is we wanted to leave the company as the issue was relocation and growth and money one of my colleague left the blame came on me that i have influenced him to leave but actually it was not that

finally 4 more left and they targeted me saying that i play politics and helped them to leave so there was a heated arguement on ths no physical touch i was relieved on 7 th march 2012 then i sent a audio file to my manager who sits in usa n bcc others so now they have sent me a legal notice the lawyer is from noida we have 2 offices one is in mumbai n other one is in noida they have charged me with ipc 499 500 405 and 406 i sent that audio file just to prove that i am not one who influenced people

Your query should be clear as to what do you want to ask with what feedback from the experts. You should not keep the experts guessing whether you got notice for termination, notice to explain your conduct for playing politics, whether you desire to know implication on 499/500 in your case, or whether the advocate of Delhi can send you notice while you are posted at Mumbai?
