Sir, police authorities is not giving permission for hunger strike. Why, for what reason and under which manual, that they don't reply, I mean they say they don't know. Sir, I want to know whether call to go on hunger strike is ill-legal? than how Shri Anna Hazzare went 12 day's hunger strike at Ramlila Maidan, New Delhi? if it was legal and permitted, why myself is not permitted? Sir, how to get permission to go on hunger strike for right cause/long pending issues with Management? What arguments to be done with police authorities?
Please guide me in the matter.

You need not get permission rather start if you desire. None is going to obstruct you if you do not disturb public tranquility.

Dear Mr Nayak
Do not be panic. If you want to go for hunger strike you just start. You sit in a room having sufficient light and air and peace. Be sure that no body comes there generally and just start.
I know you will not start. Because you do not want to die for a cause. You only want to make it a hue and cry. You want a drama. Police is not to make arrangement to facilitate your drama. Mr Anna Hajare and you are at the same footing. If you want to do a drama of hunger strike you shall have to obtain a permission from police.

sir, my decesion to go on hunger strike is not a DRAMA.In reality, police authority is not giving permission for hunger strike, it suggests to go on "Pratik Upvas"
and it is true if any one decide to go on hunger strike or whatever it is, he has to take permission from police authorities at which place he wants to sit on a hunger strike.
I think you two learned lawyers have done joke of myself, joke of a man who live with principles.
I may draw kind attention of management of lawyers club of india to watch on the experts like you two, so that no one can demoralise the person like me who ask the query in this section for his problem.
I think this section is meant for the persons who seeks advice and information which they have not.
Sorry, my dear sirs, you two.
Please advise me proper and confirm, so that I may proceed ahead.
