Respected Sir,
Our father purchased land to one person 68 cent(Year 1945-Tamilnadu )., At the time Registration land survey number is record 5 (But orinal 15 )., My Daughter s are suit file against this land , demand his share. But patta is my ffather name survey number 15. How can I declare this is my father’s self acquired property. Also permanent injunction by court . Now I want sale this land for my business purpose. In the year 1994 land tax Receipts in the name of me. (copy available)
Pls provide idea for sale this land.

how can you sell the property when there is injunction issued restraining sale of land.
the facts of your case are not clear . if there is an injunction passed restraining sale of land you cannot sell it .

how can prove its my father self acquired property. Survey num Register 5, But Original 15. Then only its my own property

If there is no any mutation of inheritance in the name of your father in the relevant record then it is not ancestral and is his self acquired, You can prove this only through revenue record,
