recently highcourt quashed 498a on the grounds that the woman filed only to harass. highcourt finding is that woman was already married without giving divorce to that first husband. my marriage is null and void. sir please suggest me what criminal action i can take on that lady for filing false 498a.

if you are right and have sufficient proof you can file a complaint before the court u/s 182 IPC and 340 Crpc. you can also file a defamation case in civil court as well as in criminal court u/s 499 IPC

You can initiate legal actions for malicious prosecutio and also leading flase evidence against you.

As the quashing has already been done under 482 then the scope of invoking 340 and 182 has already been ended so the suggestion of nadeem cannot be adopted.

You have the only option to file either defamation petition or malicious prosectuion.
