Partition suite

My sisters have filed partition suit against me. My father died in 2006, he left behind me as a legal heir for the property he self acquired through registered will. Thereis no anscestoral property.My father started business in the year 1967 as proprietor and later built a house. Me and my father became partners in the business from 1980. I also made few properties from my income from the same business. All sisters were married before 1995. They are stating that entire thing is joint family business and property, with joint family efforts.Kindly advice me.
