Resp sir/madam

father have 2 brothers they did unregistered succession deed before 20 years.1& 3 brothers are not used the sharing property regularly they busy in there work then 2nd brother used all the personal share and brothers share also without asking permission.Now He(2nd)wants new succession deed.1 brother is not ready to do new deed..2nd has want to use all the property which now he uses since last 13 years...
please give me the remedies for this...

The previous deed, even if unregistered can not be challanged.

Either of the brothers can file partition and poseession of the whole property and legally partition shall take place in that event.

The aggrieved party may file a suit of partition in civil court making others defendant.
