Whether Delhi High court mediation and conciliation centre has status of lok adalat

Lok Adalat is not a center or specific place.

it is a scheme by the ministry of law so as to provide a chance to the litigants to settle their case amicably.

It can be held anywhere on any particular day as per the directions of the government from time to time.
