Ban on sale of land after sec 4 la act

is there any specific ban on the sale of land after section 4 notification under land acquisition act.

if yes what is the provision.

Section 4 of Land Acquisition Act itself contains this provision. One cannot sale a property if title of the property has already gone in favour of State.

Law is nothing but a common sense though this common sense is not so common as is described common.
