Please provide me the sample draft of agreement with regard to related party transaction between two pvt. companies as per section 297 of the companies act, 1956.

Dear Neha,
There is no specific format for the agreement governed by provisions of Sc.297.of Companies Act.

As commented by Mr.Shailesh, the purpose and other details are missing.

However, the section provides for santion from the BOD for agreement by company with certain parties and does not provide any format of agreement.

I never recommend using a ready made format as every case has its own story.
