Dear Members
Can any of the members advise me whether a seperate counter is there to apply for judgment copy in High Court of Madras and whether there is any form to apply for the copy?

Go & ask where to apply, a typist in corner can prepare Application, fix court fee for true copy, and guide you where to lodge, . Remember, Normally only Party to litigation, and/or their Advocate can apply/ receive copy of court order. Urgent at almost double the cost.
