Property disputes among brothers

Hello Everyone,

Need a expert advice,

My grandfather was died in 2004, with out writing will, he have three son and two daughter. All are married before his death

Grand son was staying separated due to little dispute in family

so i want to know whether grand son have right to get property from his other brother, where will is not mention????

whether your grandfather selfearned property or ancestral property pls confirm, than same time the grandson get shares from his father's shares.

Sorry i made a mistake here...i mean to say weather her eldest son (not Grand son) have right in his father property as well as ancestral property too

in ancestral property the rights can not be denied...as far as self acquired property is concerned if there is no will then certainly the partition will follow and all the children will have equal shares.
