YOU NEED TO FILE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION DONE UNDER SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT AND THE COURT WILL STAND SATISFIED TO ITS QUERY AND SHALL ENTERTAIN THE MUTUAL CONSENT PETITION OF DIVORCE FILED BY YOU.
