Pension benifit

(Querist) 28 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
I was invalidated from service under GOI on 27.12.2007 and all terminal benefits are being paid excepting the upgradation of pay with effect from 15.09.2006 which is the effective day of implementation of up gradation of pay scale from Rs 5500 to Rs 6500. The reason from office side since i was on leave (EL) on the date of implementation of the scheme, I was not entitled for the benefit
kindly advice

This is not a valid reason to deny you the benefit of ungradation pay. You serve a legal notice through your lawyer and file a civil suit thereafter.

After leave did you join duty even for any single day before invalidation? If so, when did you join your duty?
Ajay Bansal (Expert) 29 September 2011
See A.I.R. Manuals.

Shri Ajay Bansal ji

Can you tell me please that:-
1. A.I.R. mannuals is available online or not.
2. if not available, author where to read?

Shailesh ji,

To be frank, In spite of advice of Shri Ramachandran in one case, Shri Ajay Bansal often prefers to advise to see A.I.R. Manuals, while he may be knowing fully well that most of the querists do not know about A.I.R. Manuals, what those Manuals consist, which of the Act or any case law cited in which A.I.R. Manual would consist the solution to the problem of the querist.

From frequent suggestions on different thread by Shri Bansal to "see A.I.R. Manual," which was published in 1946 (before Independence of India) by the all india reporter ltd. nagpur and digital edition published on 28.05.2004, I am unable to understand, what purpose of Shri Bansal is being served.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 29 September 2011
It is shameful on Mr. Ajay Bansal to persist with his "See A.I.R. Manuals" reply.
He should honestly refrain from attempting such queries when he does not know the answer himself, instead of taking the querist for a ride!
Anybody worth his salt would have corrected once pointed out. But not Mr. Bansal. A rare tribe indeed!

I agree with mr.raj kumar makkad .

mr.R.Ramachandran is right.

Shri Ajay Bansal ji!

Can you tell me please Is it not really shameful on you?????

ARE the experts Mr.Shailesh Kr. Shah & Mr.R.Ramachandran incorrect in their remark.
Why you reply at all when you do not have a
right mood or right answer.

I even doubt ,you really know how to look into manuals to find answers or not.??

It is a heinous crime on your part to suggest like that"See A.I.R. Manuals.".
NOT EVEN THAT VOL....PAGE ....... NOTE .....????/
