Sir
I have medi claim policy of national insurance, on which tpa is alankit healthcare. In policy in the name of four members- Me,wife and two children. TPA issued identity card of my wife in style xxxxx instead of xxxxxxI. please give guidelines to rectify.

address letter to national insurance company ltd copy to TPA name is wrongly mentioned . kindly rectify the same

Such clerical mistakes can be got rectified at any time by visiting the office of concerned issuing office of policy.
