Joint possesion

3 brothers are in joint possession of the house property but one brother obtained injunction against other brother not to interfere in to the possession. can u please give me a citation/judgement against the order.

the matter is not finalized in trial court.
present status is an interim injunction was granted. Hence to cancel the order is there any judgment or citaion

IF A property is joint each and every co/joint owner and possesses every inch of land,and no injunction can be granted against
one in favor of other.It might be so that injunction order might have been passed to the effect that defendants are restrained from interfering in the joint possession of the plaintiff.
