This query is : Resolved
I am constucting the house, yesterday I received an ad-interim order of injunction from alienating or in any way encumbering the suit schedule property or portion thereof.
What is the meaning of 'alienating'? Whether I can go on constructing the house?
Waiting for your advise.

You should not alienate, means you should not sell, gift, etc., to any third party. In other words, you should not give away your interest/ownership in the property to anybody else without the permission of the court.

Nicely advised by you prabhakar sir. Its simple meaning to understand that, some one got stay order against your construction on the suit property madam. Just appoint an advocate and try to vacate the interim stay without failure on next hearing.
