whether the PWDV Act has restropective compensation sustained prior to the enactment PWDV Act 2005?

can a complaint be filed against mother in law under PWDV Act?

can custody of the child be denied to muslim women under the act on the grounds of personal law?

can the petitioner clain residence orders in the matrimonial home which is owned by mother in law?

plz provide me also law n section if any...

1. Can a complaint be filed against mother in law under PWDV Act?

Ans: Yes

2.can custody of the child be denied to muslim women under the act on the grounds of personal law?

Ans; No.

3.Can the petitioner clain residence orders in the matrimonial home which is owned by mother in law?

Ans : No.
