Can Society members in majority Pass any resolution without refereing gidelines given in bye laws? related to basic need like not to open window, can not store water for daily use? Can sociery charge penalty for the same every month & then charge interest also if not paid?

Any resolution passed contrary of bye-laws of society is a nullity and has no sanctity of law. It can be challenged before Registrar of Societies and can be got set-aside.

We had complain to Registrar of Society but reply from society is send by courier. & the matter is not solved by registrar now he is transfered & new registrar is telling to go to co-op court.

Even we had give solution to society to meet the legal person & take his view, but they says that the every thing is applicabel out of society premises. here what majotiry is decided that is the only suprem power.
