Allotment of land by Governement

Land alloted by government for agricultural activity. Paid initial administrative fees of survey and measurement regarding said allotted land. Thereafter allottee had not done anything and after thirty year he is wanting that land. Filed application before Dy. Collector but not entertained.

Please advice favourable judgments, if any.

What is the position on7/12 extract?

Talati and Mamlatdar had not taken on revenue record the same at that time due to non compliance.

Does he had any land documents in this regard? And is he in possession and cultivation of this land? Please give details.

Allotment letter issued by Collector office and details of charges paid only. No possession or etc.

You can file appeal to Mamlatdar for issue of 7/12 on the basis of allotment order issued by Collector. And what compliance was pending by the allottee? For this you contact a good lawyer, who is dealing land matters. He will prepare appeal accordingly.
