Hon Members,
Can unregistered society sue someone on the proposed name,if no then please send me the recent case laws of that.

society can become a juristic person only after its registration so unless registered it can not file a suit.

Unregistered society can not sue. The society is an artificial person only after registration.

yes any un registered body is association of person and it can sue be sued.
