i have purchased a house(flat) 4yrs back but dint registered it.now the promoter is creating problem and is not showing any interest in registration.
how can i get my property registered?is it necessary to involve promoter in it?

you can file a case against promoter, and first send the notice and file implement of register work.

1. Is there any agreement of sale?
2. Why is the promoter refusing to register?
3. Is the promoter the owner/developer or a GPA Holder?

Is there any period limit mentioned in your agreement for registration of the property?

there is no such period of limitation.promoter is asking for an extra sum of money for himself saying that there will be an additional charge for it.
again i have to pay for the stanp duty also.i an getting any valid reason why promoter is doing so.
is there any other way to get the property registered?
how a registration of property takes place?
