Gud Evening ,

I just want to know the procedure regarding court marriage . Where we can apply for court marriage , Is it necessary to apply at place of domicile or i can apply anywhere.

Please guide me.

Though you can apply from anywhere but a residential proof is required.
Get in touch with a local Marriage Registrar who does this job not the court.

Dear Sir,

I belong to Jaipur and Doctor by profession i want to know that, can i apply there at Delhi office of Marriage registrar .

I am totally unaware of legal formalities.

Please brief me more on it.
