Is a sale without necessity, by a sonless proprietor in favour of his Nephew's wife in presence of his brothers not competent?

He is an absolute owner of the property when he has no son or daughter. Therefore he can do anything that he wants to do with his property. There is no compulsion that he should give the property to his brothers.

Your question is incomplete. In one of your similar question you have stated the property being ancestral propert. Please clarify for the information of experts to get a correct guidance. Also please clarify, if ancestral property, whether that is hos own part of the ancestral property or the whole of the ancestral property without division with any other heir?
