there was some mistake in my previuos question. My father had made a nomination & will for property as under;
After my death my wife will be the owner of said property & after her death my first son & secound son.
My question is
After the death of my father, Is my mother is capable to change the nomination & will of my father ? & is the three nominated people are capable to change the will?

Clarify whether the property is self acquired or ancestral and what are the contents of the will. What is the interest of the mother in the entire episode.

Under the Hindu Sussion Act the Sussours no. 1,2,3, are the class 1 heir and equal share in the property. The mother / widow can devolve her own share to any one in accordance to her will and volition. So far as the share of the ohter legal heirs are concerned she has no rihgt tiltle, and interest to disturbe the Succession of the same.
