Suppose A has transfered a piece of land to B through an affidavit & B has not yet applied for "namjari" of the said land, can anyone questions the ownership title of B over the said land.

No immovable property gets transferred unless the deed of transfer is duly executed and registered. An affidavit does not create any interest in it.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 27 March 2011
Transferring the property through affidavit? How is possible, who had suggested that?
Kirti Kar Tripathi (Expert) 27 March 2011
Transfer of immovable property through affidavit is not permissible under the law. It can be only through registered deed.
Guest (Expert) 27 March 2011
the affidavits are valid for the vehicle only and for the period of 6 months only and in the case of immovable property the affidavit does not have any authenticity.
