can one file complaint before the consumer forum ,evenafter filed MVC case , can it possible to file dual case simultaneously ,

No,He can not claim same relief in another court/forum.

sir ,
complaint is before consumer forum , against insurance company ,
tavera vehical got accident , this vehical was for commercial purpose ,insurance also taken comercial purpose , but at time of accident driver had LMV licence ,but vehicle weight is only 2400kg ,
case is dismissed in district consumer forum , now i want to file appeal before state consumer forum ,
please give some citation
