Selling commercial property

Hello,
I want to sell my (small) shop in a mall in NCR. I would like to invest the money in some other property.

* Where can I invest this money? I mean, can I invest in residential property, residential plot, group housing society, ....?

* Or I have to invest in commercial property only? I don't want to invest in commercial because the market is not improving.

hi good,

all fingers are not equal, if I advice to invest on A, other people may advice you to invest on B.

Better it is your call. Think twice and take land mark decision.

My question is to know if its NOT allowed to invest the money from commercial property into residential property, ... but allowed only in another commercial propeorty.

If you want regular income in the form of rent you can invest the amount either in the residential or commericial building. Choice is yours.
