If a judge omits some vital issues to be involved in a judgment of a writ petition,

Can we file an application under order 14 rule 2 cpc before him to pass a modified judgment in the same, involving the omitted issues on record ?

Is it apart from a review petition?

Procedure of writ Juridiction of High Court is not controlled by C.P.C. You will nor find proper reply until the court and nature of procedings in which order is passed clarified

Writ appeal is the proper remedy.
