judgment on all issues

(Querist) 19 January 2011 This query is : Resolved
If a judge omits some vital issues to be involved in a judgment of a writ petition,

Can we file an application under order 14 rule 2 cpc before him to pass a modified judgment in the same, involving the omitted issues on record ?

Is it apart from a review petition?

it might not be possible at this stage, you have to see prayer of parties

YOU CAN FILE A WRIT APPEAL TO GET PROPER REMEDIES

Procedure of writ Juridiction of High Court is not controlled by C.P.C. You will nor find proper reply until the court and nature of procedings in which order is passed clarified
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 19 January 2011
Writ appeal is the proper remedy.

I feel that one may try by review petition and if not successful, writ appeal will be the solution.
