Dear All.

I am Law student, would like to know how many types of the Courts. Is there is classifications of courts. Please do send the details. If any organisation or flow charts what jurisdiction to which court, it is well n good. Please do suggest me.

Hi,
the hierarchy in cases of criminal court is given in your Criminal Procedure Court, in case of civil courts You can get the information the concern court act, in matter of tribunals concern the act.
