Relief in Execution Petition

apart from asking for the implementation of the order of the consumer court,any further reliefs could be sought in the execution petition like cost of filing and rectification of "mathematical error" in calculating the compensation amount in the original judgement?

in order to correct the mathematical error for which you have to file a separate petition under section 152 CPC

only if the decree granted any further reliefs, the execution cannot be go beyond decree

you will first have to see whether you prayed for the same in the complaint or not. If yes and it is not awarded them seek rectification / amendments of orders on grounds of 'mathematical error' as stated by you.

1- The Relief must be prayed for in the Petition

2- It is allowed by the Court

3- Execution of the orders- what are mentioned in the Order /Decree

relief in execution proceedings is as per the decree/order/award and nothing else more

In execution petition you could not ask any thing other than mentioned in the decree.The proceedings are as per CPC.
