How to complain against judges of high court for vitiated proceedings, with cogent proof?

Yes but nothing will happen . You rather apply for transfer of the case to any other court.

Give in writing along with supported documents, to the CJ of the HC. If your grievance is reasonable the CJ will post the case to a different Justice.

What if the case has been decided?

Can a review be filed before any other bench with the orders of CJ, if we prove the vitiation in the main petition?

I have a lurking doubt (may be right may be wrong) that the three querists i.e. Mr. Harivanshsai, Pooja Dhiman (http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Filing-of-records-141381.asp) and Rashmi Malhotra (http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Vitiated-proceedings-by-High-court-of-delhi-141336.asp

are all probably referring to one and the same case. They feel very strongly about the matter and consider that a grave injustice has been done to their case.
I could understand their feelings.
I also believe that they are all situated somewhere in New Delhi.
If they so wish, I would be more than willing to go through their papers, understand their points and to suggest a way out. NEEDLESS TO SAY ABSOLUTELY FOR FREE.
For this they may send me a PM indicating their view. Depending upon their response I will exchange my co-ordinates and try to meet them in one of the holidays (24th and 25th December.)

I did as Mr. R. Ramachandran suggested. I talked to him on phone in detail for hours but no way could be suggested by him.We also could not get an appointment also.

Can any other member help us to find a way?
