The original owner sold his property through his GPA. After 10 years again the owner made registered rectification deed through his GPA on the same property. Is the act done by the owner is proper in the eye of law?

Yes if the gpa is not revoked and still in force. Even if it is revoked if the principal ratifies the act of the agent then there is no illegality.

yes ,mistakes and necessary rectifications ,ammendment in the deed can made by the gpa who have already executed the sale deed.

I agree with Lrd Friends !
The sale should be clear and the property should be clearly identified - and mis description of property or omission of any thing can be made by rectification deed - there is nothing new in it - it is only more clarity /or/ further details of the property already sold /or/ correct description and correct boundaries etc only - it is in furtherance of the sale already made.
