FRAMING OF CHARGE IN CRIMINAL CASE

THE ACCUSED IS CHARGE SHEETED U/S 465, 467,468,471,419 AND 420 OF IPC, BEFORE JMFC. THE APP IS THE WIFE OF THE LAWYER DEFENDING THE ACCUSED. IN SUCH A CASE IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO PREVENT INADEQUAT OR INAPPROPRIATE CHARGES BEING FRAMED DEFEATING THE CAUSE OF JUSTICE?

Court wont frame any inadequate charges, if there is so you can file an application or you can make an allegation against the APP and the judge.

You can challenge the order framing charge if you find the same to be inappropriate. As the defacto complainant,you have the right to do so.

its not permissible in the eye of law..... APP n defence lawyer close relative... file an application before concerning court...
