Can Anybody upload copy of G.O. and Judgements related to compassionate appointment in Tamil Nadu Government Services for children of employees who die in harness? There is a case where a son of a Govt Staff Nurse waiting for Government employment for more than 25 years without any decision taken by the Government. He is a Post-Graduate aged 48 years and has no permanent source of income to earn his livelihood. He can be helped out to seek legal redressal.

I am enclosing the compassionate ground rules of TN Govt. Please send me papers (application, reply, legal heir certificate etc.). I will help the person. If he is a indigent person he need not pay any professional charges.
