Sir,
A property of minor belongs to Muslim religion may file permission petition (for selling property ) to the District Judge or not,any advice and also case laws
Please help me,

No such leave of the court is required for a muslim guardian. He can do so for the purpose of legal necessity.

I don't agree with the above views of experts. It is required for the natural guardian to seek permission from the civil court. Always minor's interest are protected, without any such court permission, if any body do transaction,this will be stands cancelled,when the minor attends the majority,and raise objection.
