my husband abuse me thru mentally, for last many years. now he is sending mails to our all relatives....

mentioning different reasons... he is saying i am writing this mails so in court i can prove all these. against u...

in mail he says if any thing goes wrong is due to my family members. our elders has done may meeting but he is not understanding. daily he writes mails to all our relatives. ..what shall i do for this.

The answer is what you want? If you want legal recourse then you could file case for domestic violence or u0s 498A IPC. If you want to get rid of the husband then you could file case for divorce.

You may file a petition for divorce against your husband under cruelty..
