For getting an Order of Injuction for 'not to interfere' into owners property. I think Original Sale deed of the property is required by court.
Now the sale deed is in Bank due home-loan.
What other equivalent document can be shown to prove the ownership of the flat in Hyderabad.

You can show the certified copy of the sale deed with proof of the original being deposited in the bank. In any case the court while passing ad interim injunction only sees the prima facie case of the plaintiff.

Latest House tax receipt and EB Bills can also serve as support documents as to the title of the property

If title to the property may not be disputed, it is enough that you produce some documents to show possession, like house tax receipts, EB bills etc as suggested by Mr. Parthasarathy Loganathan.

Devajyoti Barman is right. But you have also need to prove that you are in possession of the property with evidences

1) Tenants are residing in that property, have the rental agreement.
2) Property Tax , EB , domestic gas bills are available
Hope these can be evidences of possession of the property ??
Any different opinion please

Produce a certified/attested copy of the Deed. State clearly that the property is with the bank as a security for Home Loan.
