I need a Non traceable Certificate from Mumbai police for the FiR lodged against the sales deed agreement of my property

Nothing stops you from getting the same from the concerned police, you may approach the respective police station and submit a complaint and follow the other procedures.

Been to the same police station they say we don't give non traceable Certificate so please can you let me know the procedure to get this solved

Do you have the copy of the complaint and a copy of the FIR, requesting the police to find out the lost documents, if you have then that also will solve your purpose.

Yes I have the FiR copy the tamilnadu register needs a Non traceable Certificate from the mumbai police stating documents not found

If it is a mandatory requirement then you may have to comply with the same as per law, you cannot agitate this subject nor you can think about breaking the law to your convenience.
