-lending of money -(no proof)

I have Lended Money to a friend...but There is No Proof.
the amount is small Rs 5000.

what can i do about it.??

Can i Go to District Legal Services Authority.(I beleive Which Charges Less amount for Litigation)

District Legal Services authority cannot help you in this matter.

Better you forget the money. District Legal Services authority cannot help you in this matter. You have to file a legal suit which would be costly and time consuming.

RS. 695/- IS COURT FEE FOR RS. 5000/- CLAIM IN MAHARASHTRA.

Find a Lawyer who issue notice and then file civil suit.
