My deceased grandfather's house in new bdd chawl Mumbai has been changed to daughter inlaw's name without my moms NOC. My grandmother and uncle too expired. The papers affidivat produced for change of name does not include my mothers name who is the eldest.

You should send a notice to the daughter in law with the help of a lawyer. If the case is not resolved take the help of court.

You have not mentioned on the basis of which document, the ownership has been changed?

First of all obtain this information from the office of the society and then post this query.

Just a 100 rs. Stamped agreement paper. Since these are govt owned bldg they had just done a casual check and she said she was the only one staying in that room
